Also, I'm going to be messing around the my blog's layout and design so don't be afraid if every time you visit there is a different look. I want to find that right look that totally sands out as Who I am. I also want to start doing guest posts and interviews. if you're interested, email me. (contact info can be found here). I want to thank all my lovely swap sponsors and for anyone else who would like to swap with me, it's free so don't hesitate to email me about it :)

That Darn Kid
Charlee has never liked her hair. Her mom refused to let anyone cut it until she was 16 years old. Well, that was so, until her dad moved in with some new girl and they decided they wanted it cut. So my mom, being the 'Hair cut lady' of the family, cut it for her from butt-length to shoulder length last summer.
But, On Monday, I came home to a surprise... hair in the cat litter box?! A kid with bangs that stopped more than halfway up her forehead?! She had cut her own bangs and then lied to us saying my mom had done it. However, my mom was home all day and had gotten just as upset when she found out.
Kinds Will Be Kids I suppose... I mean, what kid didn't cut their own hair at least once in their childhood?

Writers Block
Normally, I spend some time everynight deciding what to write on my blog the next morning. However, while watching Sex And The City part 2 last night and trying to work out a good prompt/idea, it accured to me... I have come down with the worst possible thing in the entire world for a writer... Writers Block!!!
i know, shocking. It scares me too!
Now, I have to admit, I do get the plague quite often, but normaly I am able to beat it. I think I'm in a writing funk... and ideas to help me out?

My first Link up!! :: What do I believe
Linking up wit Anna at A Sweet Southern Mess for her new Link-up Series :)
I believe it's important to love yourself. No matter who else does. You're the voice you should be listening to, don't let anyone else try to tell you otherwise. I believe everyone is put on this earth for a reason, and they all have a personal legend to live up to, (if you've read The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho than you'll understand this). I believe in second chances, but I believe you can only give them so many times. I believe in love at first sight, but I also know that is not always the case, some times Love just comes softly. (Love Comes Softly by Jenette Oke). I believe in giving everyone a fair chance and not judging people by the way they look or who they hang out with, but by who they really are, the side of them they don't often let show. I believe in the beauty of nature, how taking a walk through a garden or laying in the woods can make you feel at peace. I believe Home is Where the Heart is.
what do you believe? link up and tell us:

Get Well Soon Justin
A few days ago, my friend Justin was sent to the hospital because he had a hole in his lung. I was told by everyone who knew more than me that it wasn't a very big deal and that he would be okay. Even if that is so, it's still sad and it's still hard not to worry. My team is my family and I wish them all the best. Get Well Soon Justin aka. Pirate King (in Pirates of Penzance)

I am not a mother
But I do have a child.
I am a nanny. This is the girl I have been nannying for the past two years, her name is Charlee and she is the best model I've ever used :). Her mom works long hours so I get her up, fed, cleaned and off to school, I also feed her at night and after school and put her to bed, all the good stuff for about 18 hours a day. I can safely say that I cannot wait to have one of my own :)

Younger than most
As I explore more and more of the blogging world, I've come to find that I am younger than most other bloggers. Most of the blogs I follow are of people who are college age at least. Some of you who come on my blog may look at me as a child who doesn't know what she is doing. That may be so, but I have found that I am very mature for my age. So please, if I do something wrong or badly, I ask you to send me an email about it and try to help, rather than rant to me. I am a new blogger and writer and photographer, and I love doing this! So I have come to terms with my age and the fact that one day, I will be as old as my readers and as the people who's blogs I read, and by then, by reading their mistakes, it may help me to be more careful and thinks about things more than I would have other wise.
My friend Nina
This, Ladies and gentleman, is my amazing friend, Nina. Nina has been a good friend of mine sense late July and is such a wonderful person, I've recently made a blog for her and at the time it's even smaller than mine (if you can believe that) if you get a chance to go check her out, you won't be sorry.
